About this policy

This policy explains how Digital Forge LLC handles information in connection with Shipwreck Cove Aquarium HD, our Roku screensaver, and related support. It does not describe the separate websites or services operated by Roku or other companies. Our website’s own privacy disclosures apply to website visits.

The screensaver

The screensaver does not require a Digital Forge account. We do not ask for your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos or payment-card details through the app. The app does not include advertising, behavioral tracking or a third-party analytics SDK.

Animation and interaction choices run on your Roku device. The app uses the device’s local date and time-zone offset to select seasonal banners; it does not send that information to us to choose a banner.

Artwork delivery and local storage

The screensaver downloads artwork over HTTPS from our image-delivery domain, rokuassets.digitalforge-assets.link, using Cloudflare infrastructure. Like other internet connections, these requests disclose an IP address to the delivery provider. The provider may process technical request information, such as request time, requested file, response status and available request headers, to deliver files, secure the service and diagnose faults.

We do not add your name, email address, Roku account identifier or advertising identifier to artwork requests. Technical delivery information is not used by us to build advertising profiles or track you across apps.

Downloaded images are cached on your Roku device. This cache contains artwork, not a Digital Forge user profile. Roku manages cache storage and may clear it, requiring the app to download the artwork again.

Purchases and the Roku platform

Roku handles purchases made through its store. We do not receive your full payment-card details through the screensaver. Roku may make sales, transaction and app-performance reports available to us through its developer tools. We use any reports we receive to operate the app, reconcile payments and respond to purchase problems, not for targeted advertising.

Roku separately processes information about its accounts, devices, store and platform under its own policies. Please review the Roku Privacy Policy.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use this information to answer your request, troubleshoot problems and keep necessary support or business records. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information. Email and infrastructure providers process information as needed to provide their services to us.

We use information described above to deliver and secure the screensaver, provide support, administer purchases and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose necessary information to service providers, when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections.

We retain support and business records only as reasonably necessary for those purposes, including legal or accounting requirements. Infrastructure providers may maintain technical records according to their service settings and policies. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system or internet transmission is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can stop artwork requests by choosing another screensaver and stopping use of this app. To request access, correction or deletion of information you have provided to us, email privacy@digitalforge3dp.com. We will address applicable requests as required by law and may need information to verify your request. Contact Roku directly for information held in your Roku account.

Children

The app offers an animated aquarium and does not provide accounts, chat or forms for children to submit personal information. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact privacy@digitalforge3dp.com so we can address it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the app or our practices change. The published policy will show its effective date; we will provide additional notice where required by law.
